well they have to get there money somehow!!!!
i believe carngham will be hard to beat on the navarre ground with a full strength team, they looked good when they had the ball delivering it down to the big JP...
I am starting to think that skipton would be starting to get a tad nervous....

It would be good to see some of skiptons better players to lift abit to make it a better game:thumbsu::thumbsu:
who do u think will win???

Carngham are a fair chance to go all the way now.
If carngham beat Skipton I reckon they will go all the way. Natte are soft and will not want to play them in the big one.

I believe that the Natte club is initiating an appeal through the VCFL so the issue might not be decided as yet.

with the farming inustry in a bit of trouble, natte will be in trouble if they have to pay for an appeal, and steven ross will hav to go back and work in the hair dresing department

True that! Last year Boort had to shell out $5,000 or something to appeal Leigh Picoine's suspension and it came to nothing. At country level appeals rarely succeed because they don't want to make a mockery of the local tribunal and have people appealing all the time.
I would've thought that a heavy suspended sentence would have been more appropriate given his good record! A one match ban for a GF is like handing out a 10 match ban which isn't really fair.

Jones was actually set to retire at the end of last year. Macca worked very hard to get him back for one last tilt. It is a shame for the big guy and he should get a suspended sentence. I think everyone would agree that he deserves to play.

Natte still has to agree whether to appeal or not though. It's a lot of money.

Exactly, you could save the appeal money and use it to pay players for the following year. There is every chance that Natte can win it without him and the money that you save can go towards getting you there again the next year.

Jones might not actually be the preferred option in the ruck on the big ground anyway. I just think he's been a loyal servant and I hope the club appeals.

He's a very well liked guy around Maryborough and nobody has a bad word to say about him. It is a shame but Natte have got a lot of height this season. There's about 3 or 4 guys in their 2's over 6 foot 4 from what I saw on the weekend.

Jeez Biff, ur all over this forum like a fat id on a cupcake. I was curious about the time Coon spent at CL, heard he was an absolute gun and tore up opposition teams.

His time at CL was short lived and people said that Coon, Allen and Ingham did not enjoy their time at the club. I think the 3 of them are excellent footballers and it beats me why they didn't play good footy at the club.

After meeting the guy a few times personally he doesn't seem like the type of guy that warrants a name such as your's.

Biff, knowing the bloke, he definitely deserves the name, the word 'FIGJAM' springs to mind when talking about Coon.

The way coon played at C/L if he was a local not getting $$$ he would of been lining up in the ressies

as an old friend of phil ingrams, i watched every game that they played, certainly didnt look like half the player that was expected of them.. that michael allen was very overated!!!! although they have had some good pick ups since they all left, such as justin porter and jesse waters.

I only saw the first half of the season but yes you're right, the waters brothers have a lot of skill to offer.....the north ballarat knights. I would imagine every club within 1000km's will be after their services as they clearly set the world on fire this year

i dunno if that was sarcastic, but they do have something to offer.. and this is coming from someone that doesnt support carngham.. i dont know if this is a coincidence, but in my time watching the natte footy team, i cant help but think of them as a pack of softies that can give but not take. *cough* jardine *cough*:D

OSB ive only seen him play once when he played against us, going by the record #43 he didnt do much, pretty tall fella skills wernt to bad though, maybe you could shed more light osb seeig as though you have a soft spot for carngham
