Having a life? You've posted 922 times in the Dream Team thread. The 2nd out of anyone. Amazing isnt it? The fact that you rekon Round 18 shows everyones proper ranking its plain BS and you know that. Probably good fishing on your behalf.
Burton was a shocking pick, dunno how anyone can justify such a shit pick. Franklin was equally bad. AND Tredrea? BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Worst. Pick. Ever.
The only reason this thread has been 'ruined' is because you suck at DT even though you claim to be a DT god. Its fun getting stuck into an arrogant prick who sucks at DT.

I may have posted a lot for the following two reasons:
- I started the thread so i have been very active in it.
- I live and breath football so i like to discuss many football topics.
I never said that Round 18 is your "proper" ranking.
I explained it as simply as i could a few pages back:
The Dream Team home-and-away season ends in Round 18.
This is when the finals start.
Yes, i may be referring to my league, but that is still a fact.
The Dream Team scoring ends in Round 22.
How dumb are some of you people?
It is not rocket science.
Neither of the followiwng three players were shocking picks:
B.Burton was an unlucky, risky pick which did not come off.
You need to take some risks in this game though.
L.Franklin was an absolute steal at his price.
If you overlooked him at the start of the season then you made a big mistake.
W.Tredrea was another steal at his price last week.
He is only going to be used as my emergency.
If he fires, then that is a bonus.
Good luck arguing those points i just made though.

After this week, i will have 7/8 playing emergencies.
The worst case sceneario would be 6, maybe 5 playing emergencies.
That is still a hell of a lot better than this Skooks character who only has 2 emergencies, both of whom are not guaranteed to play every week.

I am going for a league victory seeing as though my season is shot and my chances of beating LH15 are slim.

It went quite along the same lines as this argument really. Bagging your team, then you decided to attack my credibility. In rebuttal I showed you my team and you struggled to find faults. Ha!
Now, friend, let me give you a little tip on this Dream Team game (Yet again). Points are tallied on players that are in your 22.
Now I can see where your coming from. DO NOT come back at me and try pick faults in that argument and say "oh newbie you are such an idiot BLA BLA BLA I know that my bench doesnt score for me but..." I realise that you are quite humourously 'going for the league win'. Therefore, you need back up on your bench for when injuries hit. But mate, your gonna need a reasonable starting team before you decide to start topping up your bench that don't even count for you. What happens if your team is so bad (which it is) that you don't even make it to the grand final? What will happen? Which excuse will you pull out? I'll be the first to hand you a tissue when that happens
