No not meaning it in a sarcastic way, coz the bloke said he got two, and I'm telling him it's just one.

Yep I wondered if Mr Hirds umpire money for round 10 had been distributed to the wrong game......

Certainly don't believe its some big conspiracy or it happened due to eddie's money, but let me guess, eddie wont be jumping out of his seat, showing tribunal decisions during the year and saying how rediculous that kosi got rubbed out and licuria didn't?

i'd have to say that collingwood have the best defence team when it comes to the tribunal. they are the most organised, the most professional and also the smartest - and they'd have to thank ed for that.
well done collingwood.

Rumored on 3AW that the AFL are considering laying charges against Sansbury for running into Licuria's leg.

Who was the tribunal panel? Laurence Angwin, Willie Mason and Diego Maradona?

WTF ?
Surely you can take your blinkers off long enough to have a mature football discussion ?

It was a good decision. The AFL should not suspend players for that type of trip. I believe a player should only be suspended when there is force in a trip, ie. a kick. The most that should happen is a free kick. I hope the tribunal keeps up the conistency with this, and only suspends players that kick players in the trip.

Fletcher rubbed out twice and Kosi once. Wheres the consistency.
Wasn't a violent thrust of the leg , he was just wrong footed and his leg "blocked" Sainsbury" rather than tripped him.Originally posted by DaveMorro

No more baffling than the Scarlett one. Yes I am still going on about that.Originally posted by phatandphreaky
Baffling decision.
Licuria’s plight was helped when reporting officer Rick Lewis cast doubt over the charge. Lewis urged the tribunal to watch the video footage back in real time rather than in slow motion, and stressed that the Licuria’s contact with Sansbury’s knee was ‘quick’.
“It sounds like I’m summing up for Collingwood. And I probably am,” Lewis said in his case summary.
“He can’t make his (left) leg disappear.”

Starting to see a pattern though?
Burns in the GF - nothing. Guerra in the Wizz Cup - 3 weeks
Licuria trips - nothing. Kosi trips - one week
I could bore you with more examples.
It's simple. Look at the club not the incident when determining verdicts. It is the one area they are consistent.
