Hard to prove a link, but plenty of medical anecdotal evidence. Doesn't help when she is built like and looks like a man.

Arnie's heart problems wearn't due to roid abuse. He was born with a dodgy heart (can't remember exactly what it was...). He was still a steroid user (and has admited as much).
