People always gets hyped at B&F auctions at every club in Australia!signed match ball sold for $12K today at memorabilia auctions. Someone overpaid!
I think these people who bought the items are likely already sponsoring the club.
It's just a way of them giving a bit more publicly.
All AFL clubs rely on private and public sponsors.
Hopefully with a flag we can get some more on board.
I think it's more of a donation to the club really in the guise of a prize... Keeping an eye on the stream, and wondering when they'll be back from dessert! Should be close, would quite like to see Dunkley win it given his selfless role (though there would be many deserving winners!) McCluggage probably deserves one too after so many podium finishes though won't be his year this year

We should be grateful for having a stream of the event, especially in a premiership year but the coverage is terrible.
Watching a sign of "Live Stream Will Be Back Soon" for half an hour is riveting.
An injection of Roaming Dom during the breaks would have been such a buzz.

Really happy Starc and Ah Chee recognised for their final series. Ashcroft and Lachie are rightfully lauded elsewhere but the other two had massive games right through.
