How many days left before the list lodgements have to be in and the new clubs aren't able to take any more players from other clubs? The whole process is only ten days or something, right?

Losing both captain and Vice Captain in Leah Kaslar and Sam Virgo and young Yorston a Lions Academy player add to that Sebs really hurts and I'm not expecting great compo back in return after losing 4 players last year and getting nothing in return

8 seems like overkill the Lions had the youngest list last season is it true true that they can also lose 4 more players to the other expansion clubs so 12 players all up
Some of the players the Lions lost to Gold Coast actually came through the Gold coast academy. If the club's had started at the same time, the Lions would never have had them at all

8 Crows have re-signed. The wording makes it difficult to understand who signed for two years. We have players on the end of season trip in Bali and those will be announced shortly once they are back in the country.

So there's 22 on a list next season with 16 on the field and 4 on the bench that makes 20 with 2 emergency's do clubs have rookie lists what happens if clubs get massive injury lists 33 made sense not sure it was a smart idea to lower list size

List size isn't being lowered for next season, 22 is just the preliminary number each club has to cut down to ahead of the draft.
And to answer your earlier question, a maximum of 8 can be lost via free agency in total for Brisbane. You will almost certainly lose more than that, but at the moment it's looking like you'll get picks or players back in return for at least two of Sabrina, Exon and McCarthy (and possibly all three, depending on what Dowrick does).
Five on a bench actually. But no, it won't be 22 on a list next season, it's just down to 22 now. Clubs will have the option to re-sign delisted players later, or go to the draft to top us their list.

Losing Dorwick McCarthy and Exon on top of the players we've already lost hurts seems strange that both Brisbane Lions and Frematle can lose 8 players and the rest of the teams only 4 though
Also when are teams allowed to replace the players they have lost and compensation known ?

It hurts, I agree. The reason Brisbane and Freo can lose so many players is that they are the sole club who has access to the primary pool of players for the new teams.
Two new Victorian teams have access to up to 16 players between them from the four existing Victorian clubs, so roughly eight each. Likewise, it was felt that Gold Coast and West Coast should have access to eight players from the existing club in their states. Presumably the same thing will happen if and when Port and Sydney enter the league.
As for when things will happen regarding list changes, I refer to TigermanM2's post earlier on this page. You can replace the players at any time during the trade period, or the subsequent free agency period, or finally on draft day. If there is any compensation for players lost to the expansion clubs, it will be in the form of draft picks. I imagine this would be confirmed by April 23 when the draft order is revealed. If other players have chosen to leave to non-expansion clubs, a trade will need to be arranged. The trade window ends on April 26. Then, any players who have not got a home can be signed as free agents up to April 30th.
After that, your club will be able to go to the draft to fill out the remaining spots on their list. If you do not have the full complement of rookies (I think it's two?) you can sign them throughout the year.
Finally, after the draft, there will be another free agency period, for clubs to finish filling up their lists with any unsigned players. This is often used by clubs to gain access to a player who originally nominated a different state, but then went undrafted and subsequently agrees to move states, for example Ashleigh Woodland last year who went undrafted in SA and then agreed to go to the Demons.
