2nd in hit outs per game
1st in goals for ruckmen (didnt include Hale as he plays majority forward)
2nd in marks for ruckmen
4th in disposals for ruckmen (behind Jacobs, McIntosh and Cox)
Frees hes 38 for and 15 against which is the best ratio of ruckmen

I think he's being underrated by some.

Agreed. Although Ryder's great asset to a team is that he is a point of difference. His flexibility and great athleticism combined with his excellent kicking ability allow him to have far greater impact than the raw stats often show.

For instance next year if Bellchambers remains uninjured there's every chance he kicks 20 goals and averages 30 hit outs but there's no way he snaps a 40m goal or kicks a left foot banana to win the game like Ryder will.

Gerard Wheatley on AFL 360 and also SEN both reporting tonight that GWS are uber-keen on Petracca and will do whatever it takes pretty much to get pick 1 from us. Shit getting interesting today!

Lets get this pesky GF out of the way and get on the with the real business. Trade period!

GWS are addicted to having the first draft pick, which is good for the Saints

There is no way Brisbane will trade Rockliff, he came very close to leaving for us last years but he'll be there for good now.

That's a bit of dreaming. :D

The quote came from him, I actually agreed to make the move until your current coach talked him out of it.

According to http://www.heraldsun.com.au/sport/afl/brisbane-lions-coach-justin-leppitschs-first-job-was-to-talk-tom-rockliff-out-of-taking-melbourne-trade-offer/story-fni5f5nx-1226946151477 which is what I assume you're talking about, it says he didn't want to leave. Leppitsch just reassured him that we weren't a basket case and he was wanted at the club.

Both Stringer and Burbury were being shopped around over the past week by Geelong but the club has decided to delist them.
Burbury over the last week has been linked to Western Bulldogs, Carlton, Port and Essendon.
