I love cycling and long-distance running but I couldn't even contemplate swimming 10km. Kudos to these girls!

Not to mention the flat out hand-eye coordination. I'd consider myself pretty coordinated but there's no way I could chuck a ball 6 meters in the air then catch it between my legs or behind my back or something. And they chuck some ridiculous flip thingy inbetween making it way tougher to judge where the ball is.
