He certainly can, that's a pretty fair effort.

In terms of long kicks, isn't Dustin Fletcher handy on the torp? Pulled it out a few times over the years, I think. Having been around when it was invented is not without its advantages. Would be a good spectacle, I reckon.

They also used to have the Sun Superkick. A kid from my school won it. He was captain of the Geelong u/19s, graduated to the reserves, broke his leg badly playing fullback in the ressies then played some local footy and disappeared.

They had to kick with both feet and could use the kick of their choice.

I remember years ago seeing one at Waverley during half time. It was two Hawthorn reserves players against a couple of US College kickers. The Hawthorn guys won by about 15 metres.

The best superboots in the game will battle it out in an attempt to kick 75 metres across the Yarra River, to secure the title of the ‘Longest Kick’ in the
AFL.
Hosted by Jason Dunstall, Danny Frawley, and Alastair Lynch from FOX FOOTY’s ‘Bounce’, the Longest Kick will be an event not to be missed.
Ten current players and a couple of AFL legends will have two chances to boot the footy from a platform on one side of the iconic Yarra River to the other.
