If he genuinely wants home then you wouldn't have to pay him as much. We aren't competing with other clubs and he's uncontracted.

It would also be mad at his stage of career to lock in a long term deal at 'realistic' money given his upside. It would need to be overs.

Never finished closer than 12th in their B&F. And everyone is going gaga over this footballer that has shown glimpses of his best . But for the most part is just middle tier. if we pay him anywhere near what is rumoured , And we fork out two top 10 draft picks as has been touted . Then Belly has lost all the feathers in his cap in one stupid trade.

How many top 12 B&F's did Fyfe and Mundy have at 20?

People were debating on whether Sandilands would make it at 22-23 and he's on our Mount Rushmore.

We offered Cerra 650-700k to be our 3rd or 4th best mid. We need talls. Jackson's an early pick and the rising star winner. The TPP will go up with the new TV rights deal. 800k is fine IMO.

I reluctantly agree with this. I don't think he's worth 800k however TPP will go up due to those factors.

I was talking to an employee recently from one of the sports broadcasting stations and he said the exact same thing.

My only concern is Freo don't have many good draft picks and with a couple of players leaving who are best 22 plus depth players that we may not get adequately compensated for then we may not pick up many decent players this year and possibly next. While other clubs could really do well especially next year which is supposed to be a strong draft.

Yeah, but they're not gonna get them. Jackson didn't nominate a specific club to keep the threat of psd to the eagles open, so we can get a reasonable deal done.

And 14th this year , On a downward trajectory , Name any player in AFL history that has been traded for two first round picks and not only first round they are talking two top 10 picks that has finished 12 and 14th in the last two club fairest and best.
