Feels like we're 4 years into another 35 year rebuild. The club talked so much shit about sustained success, they hit lightening in a bottle from the gods above. Everything clicked, no one could identify how to keep it going and its now gone to absolute shit

We aren't a Geelong Sydney, we don't have the appeal they do (away from melb bubble, afl hand outs), were best like the other melb clubs, fighting like hell over the best, hoping to get it right for a short burst of glory - sharing the same home ground, fighting to keep our vfl identify alive when the reality is - we're becoming a money spinning, cog in the afl coffers

I just googled that Storm dude. Was at the Golden State Warriors prior to them and seems pretty highly rated.

Only knock on him would be no experience with an AFL team.
