Every player is a chance, however it'll be the ones who prove themselves that willHe's no chance to play against Carlton. Surely?
Get better? Are you kidding yourself. He is f****** useless. Sick and tired of people defending the hopeless idiot. Fumbles under pressure all the time. He is like a rabbit caught in the headlights. Not up to it.It was pretty ordinary hey . He'll get better . Just gotta find some form at Coburg. Fingers crossed !
Doesnt matter if its a nab cup, regular game or a practice match - He is crap and always been crap and always will be crap. Nothing changes with Luke McGuaneyeah yeah yeah Mcguane is the sacrifical lamb(plus spuds) for our loss to Norff last night...oh hang on it was a Nab cup game...doesnt matter...any excuse to bury him...

Your flogging a dead horse but if you really still rate him after 8 years of what he has delivered and continues to deliver - I seriously doubt your opinion of a football player and prefer not to argue about it anymore
LOL so so wrong on so many points !!Oh yes please do......
Your idea in arguing against the said merits of McGuane as a footballer consists of a constant stream of posted verbal denigrating abuse and/or comments...
Not worth responding to...
We get it that McGuane is a depth player probably playing his final year...truly we get it...
And until someone comes along who can kick goals on a regular basis...McGuane will play forward...
Its no big revelation wrapped up in abuse...we get it...
He doesn't have to convince every other Richmond supporter. 95% of supporters know McGuane is useless. It is just that we can not understand those that claim to follow Richmond defending him. Do you actually see the performances this bloke returns. His fumbling and poor decision making has haunted us. Sure he will kick a couple of goals when we beat a rubbish side. He will never give us anything when we need to beat a quality side. Sad that you can not see this as it has been on display for eight years.I stand...no hang on...I sit by my last post...
And we do collectively get it...I get it...that you dont like McGuane...its obvious...
It seems you just need to convince every other tiger supporter that you are right in your McGuane abuse whether its merited or not...go for it...good luck......
I'm afraid you are well and truly past help - good luck with your buddy McGoof knock yourself outI stand...no hang on...I sit by my last post...

Fair few goldfish on this thread. Luke's fumble and poor tackle not great.
Any remember the strong contested mark, intelligent handball to Dusty, switch to Ellis and missed goal that would have sealed the game about 90 seconds earlier.
No of course not. That would have been crediting a player on actual events and not some made up mythological, pathological biased and unfounded hatred.
So you would like us to give him credit for doing what 800 odd afl players do normally and what he is supposed to doFair few goldfish on this thread. Luke's fumble and poor tackle not great.

Unless he has taken mark of the day or kicked the goal of the day, Run from behind to tackle when he had no chance to catch a sprinter or run backwards into an oncoming pack to get crunched - Or even what the 1st gamer in Vlastuin did with the blind turn.
contested mark, handball and a switch doesnt really justify or redeem the missed goal's free kicks given away that cost games and fumbles that have been such a McGuane trade mark over his career.
An average of 10 to 12 contested marks per side in an AFL game. Luke takes them. The other 800 don't. Keep highlighting your ignorance. This could be fun.
My Ignorance as you have called it is reality and fact !!
........
YAWNNNNNNNNNNNNNN ---- Yore Boring !!Well they do say that the first step is always accepting the truth about yourself. There's lots of self improvement and learning you can undertake to improve your ignorance. There's even some (not much) on the internet.
I used to be the biggest McGuane hater. But the guy has reinvented himself as a forward. Yes, he will never be a "good" player. But he will be able to contribute to a team. His skills aren't great, but he can snag a goal or two a week and creates a contest for us.
I find it hard to believe that you guys here all know McGuane better than the professional coaching staff at the Tigers.
Before you jump down my throat, I don't believe he is best 22, and he has many flaws. But as far as forwards go, he isn't the worst option.
Spelling lessons might be a good start.YAWNNNNNNNNNNNNNN ---- Yore Boring !!
I fully agree with you, he plays the role better than Miller did. He can mark and kick and long as he's nowhere near the backline I don't mind. and as soon as A. Edwards, Elton, McBean etc are better than him I don't mind him in the team.I used to be the biggest McGuane hater. But the guy has reinvented himself as a forward.
