I am sure if both relationships ended and he approached Billy after a period of time and he had a chat to Billy about how they feel and what rules they should have in relation to dating the ex partners and if he was totally happy with it then we wouldn't be at the point where are at atm.

It is highly likely that it was going on before their relationships fell apart and was a factor in them breaking up which is why Billy, rightfully so, feels betrayed and that the friendship is over. Trust is important both in friendships and relationships, if there is no trust there is no friendship or relationship.

It was indicacated on sen tonight that there might be a bit more to this story that might come out this week.

I got the impression that Gary might be in a pretty bad way at the moment... worse than just feeling a bit shitty about his actions.

I hope Gary pulls himself out of the low place he's in at the moment, puely as another human being.

But i will say i think theres a few levels of depression in this thread.

There is those who have a chemical imbalance that they have no control over how depression entered their lives.

There are those have been wronged beyond their comprehension who struggle with why the world is the way it is...

And there are those who struggle with the decisions, actions and choices they made in their narcissistic lives.

Gary is clearly suffering from the later.
