Advanced it, as I said, I have a lot going on at the moment. Will be advancing on Friday at midnight for sure. Experimenting to see what happens when people are given extra time.

i played my game against the rams and i won 42 to 21 which makes me 7 and 0 and next week i am vsing the seahawks and stafford makes his comeback from injury

Just got activated by EA Sports. Will look at the available teams tonight and take one over.

I really want some lag free Online games. I have tried play just straight online games, but can never get the kicking and pass timing right.

Grabbed the Texans. No one had any teams in the South.

Just simmed it, won't be simming again till Friday so I can discuss everything and see what the majority want in the competition (as it is the half way mark).

My 49ers took on the Titans this week, and Frank Gore was at his very best.

260 yards rushing, including 3 TD's in the first quarter, and an NFL record equaling 6 TD's overall.

52-27 final score, improving my record to 5-3.

I was lucky to even complete the game, couldnt finish my game against the colts last week because my connection kept dropping out, and the same happened twice this week.

Oh well, 5-3 isnt bad, and it makes up for what Brett Favre did to us 49er fans yesterday.

Really annoying. I've tried for the past 3 days now, but all I get when trying to access anything for the Online Franchise, is the error saying 'Cannot connect to Franchise server, try again later'.

Online games work fine. Just the Franchise.

to access franchise you have to go straight there first time you log online to ea servers. dont log on and go play an online game, just straight to franchise and it will work.

or, if you get the error, quit madden, then re-enter madden, log online to ea servers, then go straight to the franchise menu.

for some reason it always errors when you go play some online games first then go back to try to enter franchise.

just set it once per week, same day, say a wednesday night or sunday night.

Simmed now, going to sim once a week so we can play all the games whilst everyone gets active again.

Woo Hoo, my 49ers are 6-3 now after a close win over the Bears, with a Field Goal with no time left on the clock winning the game after the Bears fought back from 14-0 down to tie the game with just over 2 minutes left.

I think I have a player vs player game next, and it hasn't worked well in the past, I'd say my franchise settings are off, if anyone plays a player v player game before next week, could you please copy the details of the franchise setup down that come up just before you play.

What do you mean exactly about human vs human?
Ive played a couple, and all you need to do is have both of you online, and you just press START to get the game going and sends an invite to the other person.
Then you play the game against them.

Every time I have tried a franchise game vs another human player, it just won't connect past the team selection screen, so I'm guessing it's because my game settings are different from others.

I have no problems with online pickup games through the lobby, so it has something to do with the franchise server or settings.

Hmm. I dunno. If you can connect with humans thru the lobby, then there's no reason you shouldnt be able to in the franchise. No reason at all. There are no extra settings or franchise settings. I cant see any. All you have to do is make sure both people are online and that they're status in the franchise menu is "READY" when you look under the OWNERS tab. This is something you can select...choosing to be "READY". So I guess make sure both of you have logged into the franchise first, made yourselves "READY", then press START to send an invite to the other person.

Also, remember that due to some stupid glitch, you have to make sure you both go straight into the franchise when first loading up Madden. Dont look thru the lobby, or play a few online games. Because you'll get the "Franchise unavailable" error. So, if that happens, quit madden, then go back into it, and go straight into the franchise first thing.

I reckon try all that with your franchise opponent and it will work.
