And for franchise code;

Hey guys, if you are missing your code to access Online Franchise, here's the steps you need to take to get access:

Go to http://help.easports.com

1. Select: Email Customer Support

2. Login with your EA Account

3. Choose platform, game and category:
Platform: PS3/360
Game: Madden NFL/Madden NFL 2010
Category: Registration/Product Activation

Type the following bolded part into the text box....

I purchased Madden NFL 10 and the Online Franchise mode serial key was missing from the back of the booklet. Here are my details...

• EA Account Login Email:

• Madden 10 EA Product Key (back of manual):

• Sony Playstation ID:

What they'll do is manually enter it in for you. Should get prompt notification from them. Took me a couple hours and they did it. And then emailed me telling me it was done.

Re: BIG FOOTY ONLINE - A Madden 2010 Online Franchise for PS3

It's time to take a move on in the league

With only 6 teams, we can all bulk our lists up on FA but it may get boring after a while.
What I recommend is that we can either;

#1. All just agree to make one FA move before the season starts and pick up a player as they get injured - (Similar Level though)
#2. Automate (technically I go through each list and make the best decision) two rounds of a draft - FA pool won't be as good BUT teams will look better.

Need to know by Friday
Personally I prefer #1 since it's much simpler - then as teams join, they can still grab a good player off of FA.

EDIT: Would love to see two more people join the NFC - 8 people, 4 in each division

On this note, if you have a game against a CPU opponent, play against them before Saturday if possible. I will advance the week Saturday evening if all games are played or on Sunday if not.

Does anyone have any ideas what to do with FA?

What's the problem with FA? Surely we can just go in and pick who we want? Who is on FA that will make THAT much of a difference anyway?

Re: Madden 10 - PS3 - Online Franchise League

I have the Cardinals (CPU) in the 1st game.

If no one is going to join and take them, I will play the game, most probably about 12 noon tomorrow.

If anyone has any objections to that, let me know before then.

McCalister, Wahle, James, Harrison, Brooks could turn any team into a superbowl performer :). Some public dynasties had problems of people raping the FA pool. Considering my real life team - The Rams have a weakness at CB, OLine, backup HB, WR and ROLB - it would be a huge difference.

Sorry all, was babysitting tonight. Just answering the questions.

With FA - everyone can make one FA move per a week advancement - fairest way without having to be strict. - I'll edit the rules later.

There should be two week advancements after a week, Saturday midnight and Wednesday midnight (so people can play two games a weekend).

Any objections?

yes, i have a strong objection to this rule.

Firstly, are any of those guys like well into the 90s in terms of their rating? A little bit of an exaggeration to say they'll turn a team into a superbowl contender.

Secondly, noone is getting these guys for free. You have to pay them something called a salary. I haven't actually checked but i'm assuming we have the standard salary cap? If someone has enough cap room to sign all those guys then good on them. That's what cap space is for. If two people want the same guy then they'll have to outbid each other to win that player. That's how things work in real life. If you have the cap space to sign someone like Chris McCalister then you're well within your right to be able to sign him. Noone i don't think has enough cap space to sign that many significant players at once anyway.

The important thing is that we start this league at the same time so everyone has the same shot at the same players. ie free agency isn't forwarded before several guys join the league.

Making a one FA signing rule is quite silly. There is already a measure in place to ensure that noone goes silly on the free agent pool, it's called the Salary Cap.

There is no salary cap, that is where the problem lies :) No contracts or anything

Really? Didn't realise that, that really should be in there just like offline franchise.

I'll play my game tomorrow.
