There may be players (Buddy springs to mind) that have missed more games due to suspension but really I am now finding it very difficult to make an argument that Chris Judd is not the dirtiest player in the sport.

1) He has twice been accused of eye-gouging.

2) The notorious "pressure point" case where he was rubbed out for three weeks.

3) The chicken-wing.

4) The elbow to Matthew Pavlich's face that inexplicably was excused by the AFL.

When you consider the nature of these incidents and compare them to every day breaches that get players suspended (illegal bumps, striking, etc), it is the lowbrow nature of these acts that define what is, in my opinion a truly dirty player.

Overlooking the Brownlow Medals and the rather tenuous defence that Chris is a "good bloke," can somebody, anybody put forward a rap sheet from a current player that is as ugly as Chris Judd's?

Well he never gets rubbed out and gets free kicks for giving a chicken wing, I don't see how he can be classed of being dirty unless he ever gets found guilty of anything???

It's kinda like saying OJ is a murderer... when he was clearly not guilty

He also threw an elbow back on Stephen Baker in '06, hitting him quite hard in the head. I remember Baker left the ground, I can't remember if he came back on actually, but Juddy missed a week for that. That was his first suspension.

I agree Peacock.

One high bump is so much worse, than eye gouging twice, pressure points, elbows to the head and chicken winging... It is so much cleaner when all of Judds victims were already lying on the ground with other people on top of them to hold them down.

Wellingham is an animal!

Why do people keep saying eye gouging and pressure points as though they are two separate incidents?

It's not like this at all given that we can make our own judgements based on video evidence.

If you honestly believe this based on this rationale, then I just feel sorry for you, as your must have a very low level of intelligence.

... I think your sarcasm radar is broken. Ring Foxtel - they should be able to fix it for you!

At least the football is in that picture.

Find the football anywhere near what Judd was doing.

Patch left the ground following the incident, may miss next week and has to undergo a shoulder reconstruction.

Hasn't kneed anyone in the cods - quite a few have. Even in dirty (rather than violent/harmful) acts Judd has plenty ahead of him.

Who are they?

Which players have a string of offences that are worse than Chris Judd's?

And I would argue that a knee in the cods is not as bad as eye-gouging......although it is rather close.

So is a MMA move of a chicken wing, while your mate is holding him down, after the whistle is blown a dirty move?

Is it dirtier than standing eye to eye with another man and kneeing in the cods... I mean I think at least in one of the incidents one of them had a split second chance to defend themselves.
