Very happy that Kyle Langford made it to my next pick, I think he is underrated given the amount of time it took him to click into gear. Kicked 43 goals in 2024 in a team that was (outside of a couple of players) pontentially one of the most mediocre sides we've ever seen. I think he'd be incredibly dangerous in a good side as a second or third tall but unfortunately will have to shoulder the load in Polo FC.

I'd have done that in 2023, but Lobb seems to be made for Defence.

The versatility was also part of the selection. Genuine swingmen. Lobb's form is in defence though so that's where he will start. Unless I get a 3rd tall, Naughton can go back when Lobb relieves in the ruck. It's easy to play with it knowing that Harris Andrews is the anchor back there.

The more I think of it the more I like it... he could quite possibly be the most valuable swingman in the game with his ability to also play in the ruck... you've done well, I think he could play for another 3-4 seasons.

Was really looking at Hugh McLuggage but with him taken I will go to another Lions mid and take the reigning Norm Smith medallist in Will Ashcroft. Expect big things from him after a Norm Smith and with Dunkley already on my team the chemistry is looking good in that midfield group.
