Ehh pointless to me. No one will think of them as champions, they never got to celebrate with fans etc.

It's all just a hollow announcement.

And if you don't take it off them then they still appear in the history books as having won it despite cheating to do it.

They need to be wiped from the history books otherwise keeping them there legitimises their titles and trophies.

You keep trying to beat Paratici with a stick for Juve. Would have thought you’d have learned from Dank/Robinson.

It’s all about the environment you’re in. Juve desperately need to be seen as Italy’s top dog. Evidently they can only get there by cooking the books. Nothing to suggest he’d do that here.

Just like how Robinson did nothing wrong at Geelong and Dank was turned away.

Mate, that's overly generous.

Parataci was absolutely complicit at Juve and had the choice to leave instead of being allegedly coerced into dodgy dealings. It's not as if he was unemployable.

I'm Spurs through and through but let's not rewrite history to suit our own narrative. Paratici was given one of the harshest penalties to come out of that whole affair. The FA will almost certainly uphold the decision and Paratici will ultimately be sacked. And rightly so.

Now back to the grubby sportswashers and the pile on that is going on in here. Which is proving to be awfully good fun.

Replaying matches makes no sense lol.

Might have some trouble rustling up the same XI from Aguero day.

And good chance Joey Barton from QPR will be serving some sort of sentence for being a general thug.

You would think the replays probably mean matches this season.

Yep. I think * would be the most logical way to solve it.

Stripping of titles, prize money repaid back will be very likely if theyre found guilty for sure. PL cant be found to not penalising cheats to the harshest degree. The integrity of the competition must be protected.

Whether those stripped titles are awarded elsewhere is really a question that nobody has the answer to. There are reasons for and against.

Well then replays make no sense haha.

They won't replay anything.

They'll either get absolutely reamed by the FA or they will get a token penalty and the FA will continue to bank hundreds of millions of quid off the back of these sportswashing pricks and their filthy lucre.

4 year investigation, 100+ charges. As a general rule PL charges result in a guilty finding nearly every time with few exceptions.

Cant see anything other than severe penalties from a guilty verdict. There wont be a 20 million pound fine / slap on the wrist for this one.

seeing as everyone has all the answers here why did it take 4 years to hand all the info to the fa?

Gathering information from Abu Dhabi based government businesses likely very time consuming. Good chance they were not very cooperative regarding the investigation.

Considering this has taken 4 years I'd say the investigation is pretty much done mostly. You'll be giving a chance to respond to the charges than a verdict will be handed down sometime in the near future as this is something all parties won't want to be dragged on.

Back to third division football. Like someone else said this is like salary cap cheating. Points and titles stripped should definitely be considered if found guilty

Realistic penalties if they're found guilty is stripping of all titles 09-18. Payment of a fine equal to prize money won from those titles +interest. 2 year transfer ban. 10 point deduction for next 2 seasons (starting from 23-24 - too complicated to do it mid season) with a suspended sentence for a 3rd. A ban on anyone involved with Abu Dhabi government / government owned businesses running the club.

I don't believe that relegation will happen because it isn't in the interests of the PL.

Dont believe clubs can do that to their association. If they are found guilty they will have to wear it or go to CAS to appeal. Lose CAS appeal and thats it.
Pretty sure I read this avenue wont be available to them if found guilty mate

City to get a slap on the wrist.

Everton to get banished to League 2 when the FA look into Moshiri's dealings.

You've already served your penalty by having Lampard as manager.
