He was sponsored by Toyota in Ireland, I'm taking that as a good sign.

Not great game sense, should go well then lining up next to Jones. He is tough and has attitude
Not great game sense
He had 1 good pre season game and a few of us got excited
His guernsey always seemed to small for him...looked odd
50/50Not great game sense, should go well then lining up next to Jones.
In all seriousness, that’s understandable given he’s new to the game, query is whether he can develop it
Outstanding work, completely outplayed the Pies who didn't rate Keane or Tyler Brown, but we know so much more eh?So Justin, Hamish,Tim, Adam and the crew did good here?
If I hear someone say Keane is a failed Pie one more time I'm going to go spare.Might turn out to be a masterstroke, but looks suspiciously like we are doing a Carlton--Brisbane and becoming a dumping ground for failed Pies.

Sounds like Keane left the Pies due to covid homesickness not the other way around.Outstanding work, completely outplayed the Pies who didn't rate Keane or Tyler Brown, but we know so much more eh?
Brown and Keane couldn't become Pies regulars so I'm not getting too excited by either. We got their signatures, that's all we've got at this stage. We're just playing darts and hoping one will turn into a regular 22 player.

I once bought a pack of Balfours party pies and half of them had no filling so I wrote to Balfours and all I got was a $5 Coles gift card which wasn't even enough to buy a new pack of them..... Plus the nearest Coles to our house was a 20 minute driveFailed Pie?
Now this! ... is a failed Pie.
You and your continued diatribe on these boards are boring. It requires no insight or consideration to automatically assume a negative position on everything the club does.Outstanding work, completely outplayed the Pies who didn't rate Keane or Tyler Brown, but we know so much more eh?

What happened with Collingwood? Were they not interested in getting him back or couldn't due to list spots/TPP? Or did Crows just made a better offer? You guys should be pleased. Seriously he is a very good pick up for the Crows.
He's quick and tough with a hard edge to him. He takes the game on and is an attacking defender. Not a bad kick either.
The only knock I have on him after watching nearly all his VFL games is that he is a bit raw and can make some errors decision wise etc. All he needs is more experience and game time for an Irish guy learning the game.
Make no mistake - he was earmarked to be in Collingwood's best 22 as a key back last year. The club had put 2 years in development, and he was ready to be a regular senior player in 2022 and take Roughead's spot. His handful of senior games in 2021 were ok and he had some really good moments.
It will be tough on him to shine after missing 12 months of footy and also having just a 1 yr contract to prove himself.
I'm disappointed he is not back with Collingwood.
Good luck to him and I hope he does well in 2023.
Amusingly Pies board think we were dumb to not have Frampton instead of Keane. What happened with Collingwood? Were they not interested in getting him back or couldn't due to list spots/TPP? Or did Crows just made a better offer?
Some seem to think that too many bridges were burned for Keane to return to the PiesWhat happened with Collingwood? Were they not interested in getting him back or couldn't due to list spots/TPP? Or did Crows just made a better offer?
