End of / mid season changes you'd make?

I think there's other threads for player changes.
I'd look to move on Adam Kelly and replace him with Hayden Skipworth. I'd have either Ben Rutten or Stewie Dew as our senior assistant - probably Rutten.
I'd keep Hombsch. I'd replace Godden with van Berlo to coach the twos. I'd keep Marco Bello, but we need to rethink the development team, and probably the Head of Development needs to be someone more senior.
I'd add a new midfield and forwards coach.
I'd look to bring in a new Head of Strategy, and obviously find a role for Balme.
