Just read it’s our first game in Launceston since 2009. Was also a pre season game against Hawthorn. We led by 33 points at 3/4 time and lost by 3 points.

I'd have Hore replace O mac, and Pickett in for Neal Bullen. Brayshaw for Jones. Interchange -Vandenberg, Jones, Salem, Brown
Was it expected that Brayshaw wouldn’t play again?

Pretty damn close to best 22. I’d have Salem and Pickett in round one of fit. Only a fit Bennell would come in from outside that.
Looking forward to seeing if Trac can back up from Marsh 1. Also interested in seeing Bedford put on some forward pressure and seeing what tricks he has. Hopefully push his claims for some games this year.
Who else read this as a HF line of Gawn, Jones and Oliver before realising that the Rucks had been slipped in after the centre line? Seems to be a new format which is taking some getting used to.
My original take was we were returning to the good old days of trying everyone in every position.

Reports are saying Darling will play round 1.
Article from the club/afl said he wouldn't travel because of "personal reasons".

I’d be fine with swapping ANB for Fritsch. I’m hoping ANB gets some decent midfield opportunities this year.
Surely AVB will need a bit more game time before he comes back into the seniors? I love him but can’t help but think he is shot. I am just waiting for him to breakdown.

He'll have had as much relevant game time as anyone after tonights game - 2 games.
He said he felt great after the last game, as long as he pulls up alright tomorrow, he's just about a guarantee to play Round 1
