They overexaggarated a bit on the muscle definition.
They actually toned it down a lot. This is the the original draft:

When he takes a mark in the forward line he likes to really strut around like his the messiah. Think there is a time to do that and that's not when the team is struggling at 4-7.

Thank Christ one of our players has a bit of mongrel and attitude. Why the hell would you knock him for showing some self belief? Unlike most of his teammates, he usually delivers on the scoreboard after taking a mark.

So if Mason becomes meek we will inherit the earth?

Nah, go for it Mason. Essential to project confidence when every team is trying to rough him up before and during he game. This lad is a beacon in the blackness of 2016.

IF he can moonwalk, I want to see it next week. IF he can strum a banjo, give him the stage at half time and throw off the Auskickers. I want pics every week in summer of rolling PBs as he squats, deads, and presses. We want a speedbeast in 2017: crashing packs and scaring rovers.

Just because this season has become a train wreck, we don't want successes like Mason to get sucked into a vortex of doom and self-effacement. Then all will be lost alfio. Everything. And we will be StKilda.

Was good today, he just has to play every game here on out.
Has great hands and getting more confidence in general play.

Well done big fella
Bull.
Was putrid when the heat was on.
Massive man, but that record toon must have been an embarrassment considering what he bought to the park today.
Picked up some cheapies when the game was gone.
Looks like some are fooled almost as much as Ed is with Buckleys ability to coach.

Guy is 7ft tall playing wet weather football. He kicks a couple of goals and breaks even in just about every marking contest whilst being triple teamed and that's not good enough for you? It's not his fault duds like the 5ft tall Blair can't crumb to save themselves. That's not to mention he's still learning the game himself. Even when he doesn't do much in terms of scoring he still shows glimpses of genius on the field, much the same as Moore before he got injured.

And the fact that he was able to go back and nail those "cheapies" while everyone else was missing is enough to say that he can handle pressure.

Yes, he kicked his goals in the first 2 quarters when the game was gone :$

Ah, so being 7 foot tall is an excuse for dropping sodas?
Pity Cloke, with his 2/3 on 1 doesn't get the same exceptions.
He's tall to isn't he?

Hilarious. Putrid? You are one theatre going football fan. I didn't think we had any at Collingwood. That's disappointing.

He could teach Cloke a thing or two about taking marks in the outstretched hands, rather than letting your opponent spoil a chest mark. In wet weather. After 7 games.

Yep.
Just 54 years of following Collingwood Football Club.
2 Premierships.
Uncounted runner ups.
I'm the definition of the theatre goer.

Unlike Cloke he actually took some contested marks above his head and then kicked straight whether it be through the goals or to our advantage. You can't be serious with this tripe about Cox.
I'm sorry if I'm not into the media hype.
Cox has done nothing yet that any 7 foot player couldn't do.
I know I'll cop some shit for that view, but for now he does not impact contests that a person his size should.
For every clunk he does take, he drops three he should take.
He has awareness and agility, but his decisions sometimes are completely wrong. Not that he is alone in those aspects.
Today his role was to take heat off Cloke. Yet Cloke still had 2/3 players on him. That is the respect the opposition put on Cox and Cloke respectively.
And that's why Cox got the cheapies and Cloke got mauled.
Watch the replay. Tell me I'm wrong when you look at it from that perspective.
