If Liam McMahon and Will Kelly haven’t gone past him in 5 years time the future is bleakI think he could play until he's 34/35, didn't have a great game last night but still contributed, he's cemented his place in the team.

Will be lucky to be on a list post 2022Even if they go past him, he still will be a really valuable 2nd ruck, who presents a danger up forward - you're not going to see the end of the big fellar for a fair while - unless his body fails him.
Nah. He's AFL standard. You're going to be complaining about him for a few years to come. He'd be the first ruck at a few teams, second ruck at a heap of teams - not sure if he'd be the main kpf at any other club. Will be lucky to be on a list post 2022
When we put him on the market last year he got zero interest from anywhereNah. He's AFL standard. You're going to be complaining about him for a few years to come. He'd be the first ruck at a few teams, second ruck at a heap of teams - not sure if he'd be the main kpf at any other club.
He's on a stupid contract apparently. When we put him on the market last year he got zero interest from anywhere
Nobody wanted him as he is no goodHe's on a stupid contract apparently.
Mate explain why 17 other clubs didn’t want him when we tried to trade himDid Mason fu** your mum or something?
Contract. How many wanted Treloar and Stepho?Mate explain why 17 other clubs didn’t want him when we tried to trade him

Cox had 1 year to run it’s not like he had been locked in on big money for a long term deal. No other club saw any value in him at allContract. How many wanted Treloar and Stepho?
You can’t compare him to Treloar. Ads was locked into a 5 year deal with him that put people off. Cox had one year to go obviously he is on overs but if any club could see upside into the future they would have at least shown some interestSame reason 16 other clubs didnt want to put in decent plays for Trelaor Phillips or Stephenson either, and the clubs that did put in bids got bargains. Collingwood did all this at the last minute and from a position of great weakness at the negotiating table.

Time will tell, but I'm pretty confident that he'll be playing AFL for a few years to come.Cox had 1 year to run it’s not like he had been locked in on big money for a long term deal. No other club saw any value in him at all

What when he decided to retire?No-one wanted Leon Davis even after he'd been All Australian the year before.....?
What when he decided to retire?
He only gets a game here due to poor list management. What club would even consider him? The fact he is on such a big contract is criminalThey were all cleared off the books for salary cap reasons and we were ripped off on all counts because of that. Cox would have been lightly and briefly shopped around to see if there was genuine interest where we wouldnt get ripped off... ie a club willing to take on his full salary. (We would have also needed to get some cap relief so we could buy a player to replace him to due to the lack of kpps on the list, Given we didnt have cap to keep the players we already had, that wasnt going to be likely either.)
That doesnt mean he isnt tradeable in normal circumstances or that clubs wouldnt have an interest if given some time to contemplate taking him on and making room for him on the list. Nothing about that Collingwood offseason was "normal".
Twist it how ever you want. He retired as he didn’t want to play under BucksWhen he wasn't offered a contract on the terms he wished for and then offered to play for either of the WA clubs.....and when they declined then he retired.

1. In a game where we hit up a heap of leads - you're claiming Mason clogged the space.Just standing there killing space is what forces people into a bail out kick
