2009 so far - Geelong second place - Hawthorn not even in the 8...

I know which years I rather.

Your posting = fail.

Hawks played in the 1988, 89, 91, 08 Grand Final and won all of them.

Geelong played in the 89, 92, 94, 95, 07, 08 Grand Final winning a pathetic 1 of them.

Of course I duly recognize Geelong supporters habit of pumping their chests out over home and away wins.

While completely sweeping their amazing failure on the only day that matters under the carpet.

I know which record I would prefer.

We've definitely set ourselves a tough path to make the 8. However if we get there we'll have certainly earned that spot. In saying that I'm not confident of making it based on the upcoming few weeks.
