So with White and McGuane leaving as free agents what kind of compo can we expect? An end of first might be a bit overs but I'd say both are worth second rounders.

Would have liked to keep him for depth, but you can't begrudge a guy going home and likely to get more opportunities there. Not that it really matters, but what's the lowest level of compo you can get under the FA rules? Nothing?

Even that is a stretch. All about their contracts. White is worth a 2nd rounder. McGuane a 3rd if we're lucky.

I'm also curious about this, azza has taken lukeys spot and then the big BEAN will be in soon so this is not a big loss at all

Wish him all the best, he always had a crack, and I guess he played his best footy in the last 2 years but this may be a blessing in disguise. Free's up more cap space, Tuck, White, Mcguane, and more likely to be others including Nahas, and Stephenson, maybe we can have a serious crack at billy longer or another un contracted player.

About 300-350k in the cap.

Or a Tambling at the Crows, Collins at the Blues, Putt when re-drafted from the VFL, Polo at the Saints, or even Gus at the Crows.

Every year we hear "mark my words, we will pay for letting this guy go, he'll prosper at ABC and we will be a laughing stock yet again"

9 out of 10 times, these guys disappear to local leagues

I don't think we will be crying over the premiership exploits of McGuane - He's a role player, nothing more, and he has been surpassed by Edwards
