As long as he improves his relationship/communication with the playing squad, it is difficult to see him not getting a 2 year extension.

I think he meant in the photo. Its all creased at the front like they got him one a few sizes to big.
What? The dude standing next to William in the photo is Hipwood.

great album, but after the first two it just didnt measure up. See what happens when you set the bar too high.
not always - Ana - will always have a coastal magic sound for me, a stand alone excellence.

I was really more talking about how Doolittle and Surferosa were such acclaimed records that even though bossanova was a really good album because it wasnt earth shattering it paled in comparison and was probably never given the credit it deserved, as a body of work. If somebody else released bossanova I think it would of been hailed as a great album, but the Pixies set the bar so high, it was constantly "it's not as good as the first two".

I could never get into trompe le monde.

listening to the audio i thought he was quite positive re. the lions list talent, and he also says that with the lions having the youngest list in the competition the board need to be patient. his view is if the board thinks leppa is the right man they should not judge him purely on win/loss in 2016, should be deeper than that. at the end he also says that they should re sign him for 2017.

Negative? Hardly. David King is just expressing the dire state of our club right now. Plus, he is insisting that we stick with leppa, so i'm not sure what you're on about here.
There are those that see the glass half full, glass half empty, then you. Is there anything you feel is positive about the club right now?

Whilst still recording a loss, we have stemmed the financial bleeding, had an excellent draft period, changed fitness manager (something many called for), finally have stability at boardroom level, have increasing levels of QLD talent on our list and less go home factor, have an ever improving academy production line and have a seriously talented but young list.

Try being positive for once, you might grow to like it

David King is a big supporter of Leppa, but he also recognises that the Club will need to continue to back him / his youth strategy if / when things get tough.

Did King and Leppa's assistant coaching stints at the Tigers overlap?

The mere concession that the club is in a dire state is a reasonably negative outlook, I'd say. That Leppa needs to be given a chance, despite the win:loss ratio -- the implication being that it won't improve AND expressed no confidence in Leppa to be able to self-determine, to lay out a successful gameplan, like a Beveridge or a Hinkley.

Y'see these things sound negative to me. Y'know? You get that?

This deserves more than a LIKE! Well said WA Lion

To put Broncos' dominance into perspective for Vic supporters, here are some figures about TV viewing numbers in 2015.

Incredibly, the Broncos accounted for half the viewership with a record 24.8 million figure. Their rivals in three other codes — rugby’s Reds, football’s Roar and AFL’s Suns and Lions — totalled 15,234,000 collectively, underlining the pulling power of the Broncos for TV network bosses.

For accuracy, Reds and Roar are pretty much only on Fox. All Suns and Lions games are live on free to air up here.

HowYouDoin is just being realistic with where the club is at.
