I've just quoted myself to elaborate on this.
I see a few of you guys are still keen to have Grimes as captain and I know that he is held in high esteem internally at your club and by your supporters.
The reality is though and I mean no disrespect by this, that you would be hard pressed to find many opposition players or supporters that respect him as a player let alone as a leader, Grimes/Trengrove leading your team out onto the G strikes fear in the heart of no man.
On the flipside, you would be hard pressed to find a single opposition player or supporter that doesn't rate Nathan Jones as both a very good player and leader, I empathise when I watch him play as he literally looks like one of only half a dozen players which are generally trying and he definitely looks like his effort puts everyone else to shame.
The leadership experiment of Grimes and Trenners has not only failed from a leadership perspective but also from a development perspective and it needs to be rectified in my opinion.
I mean no disrespect, but I'm going to disrespect your current skippers. That's how I read this. How does get ****ed sound!
