Paul Wheatley and Chris Lamb during trade week.

What can we expect for them? As far as draft picks go, I'd be happy with a 2nd/3rd round pick for either of them.

Or maybe a straight swap for Dylan Smith of the Roos.

I wonder if they will attract any interest at all?

The Dogs would have to be at least be a little interested in Chris Lamb.
3rd round pick ?

Lamb should get a bit of interest, I doubt Wheatley will.

Lamb will generate interest (Bullies, Blues etc.) as will Wheatley. Not sure what we could get for them tho, they will probably be used as sweetners.

I'd probably take that.

Maybe Lamb for Patrick Wiggins and a pick.

Lamb to Doggies for 3rd rounder, on trade that for Holland.

We'd have to throw in something else for Holland.

Or would we?

I think a 3rd rounder might do the trick. 2nd is too high, a 4th is probably too low and our 3rd rounder is gone on Johnson. So...

We could do the deal mentioned above.

Been thinking about Holland and Richmond are really behind the 8 ball on this one. Why do they want to get rid of him? I've got a few mates who follow Richmond and they actually reckon he went okay for the last 6 rounds. So if it's not form then it must that they are trying to free up room to get Brown and/or Solomon.

Tigers have found substantial room with no more Bourke (how could they even offer this bloke 200K+), no more Daffy (about 100K this season). Add Holland to this, along with other delistings and they could probably afford Brown and Solomon.

So we're in a good spot for Holland. Give them our 4th round choice (and maybe a player) that's about it.

No inside info here but I think Melbourne should offer some of our flankers, which we have alot of. Players like Wardy, Walsh or Brown, we have to offer someone good to get something good in return.

Agreed. One of Whelan,Williams,Walsh, Brown or Ward could go. All of whom can play but they'e fighting for the same HBF.

keep whelan and brown they are guns brown has finally shown form

walsh and ward have a bit of bargaining power

keep williams too i'd say he is a good player even though he is a bit of a lightweight

i think pick 5 is the only thing other clubs want though

pick 5 for solomon and jacobs would be nice and if we could offload walsh and ward for some other player/s (not a backman) that would be great
