So what are people paying. My auntie just paid $2200ea for tickets a couple of rows back on the wing.

That would be nearly 5 times face value? Who did she buy from?

The most expensive tickets sold to club members this week were just north of $400. AFL finals package about $13-1400 and I don't think you could get them in that spot. Look I don't want to scare anyone but I'd be checking the provenance.

I believe it's through another club, not the crows. Hmm I'll have to check with them.

That's not how it's supposed to work though. ALL Priority 1 get allocated best available and THEN Priority 2 get what's left (still best available). It's random within the priority groups, but Cat 1 should NOT make it through to priority 2.

I've seen priority 2 get Cat 6, 7 and standing.

Not Cat 1 until now.

Probs a club breakfast and such.
Non competing clubs get an allocation (1000? 1500?) That they can use as they wish. Usually as a fundraiser or for their sponsors etc. For that source $1900 sounds about right.

Because it's very surprising ... And unfortunate for those of us priority 1 who got allocated Cat 5 (and I know of Cat 6 too).

Yep have a silver membership as does my mate. We sit with several others who were devastated not to get tickets. And $410 x 2! Once in a lifetime experience for me I reckon.

We were priority two (silver memberships) and got nose bleeds but we don't care. Just so thrilled to be going when I secretly thought we had a snowflakes... I was already planning the Plan B GF party in my head when the news came through we had tickets. Now I just have to get there....
