Yeah, states don't actually go in cycles of collective behaviour and the idea that WA during that time period would have been a place where racism wasn't a part of the football work, much less unheard of is laughable.

The general consensus with Hawks fans is they grow up in the leafy eastern suburbs so would lean conservative. Alot live in the outer East and South East which is working class which is where the leaning left comes from ( if you have half a brain and know a bit about what left and right stand for).
