Do you think it's possible Dogs could make the GF? Is Brad Taylor training?
He couldn't hit a target from 10 metres when he played for Boolarra 10 years ago, blokes fairly ordinary, has a go though.

It's the only thread with a decent amount of activity.
I think any one of 5-6 teams could make the grand final.
Bradd hasnt trained a lot to this point.
Looks like it's going to be a close this season. Hard to tip who'll make the grand final. Can Boolarra go back to back?
Passionfruitgulp and I say we'll win it. So to your question as to Boolarra going back to back that's a certain NO!!! Cant be two premiers
From what you've said it seems all is going pretty good on the track. Any injuries in the bloods camp? Fine line between confidence and cockiness! Haven't heard too much about Boolarra that's all. Anyone played any practice matches? If so how'd they go?
In a word things are going 'swimmingly' under our new Master coach
Didn't Boolarra lose to traf by a goal each time in the home and away season, after finishing 2nd bottom. Then smashed Traf in a grand final. My opinion of the rnd one clash, would be, that if any team was going to get a smashing it would the bloods. New coach etc and if you come up against a 'building team' that keeps majority same list, aren't they better the next year and the year after.
Hopefully down at Newb all hyp is true and they're a better side, would love to see the old Traf Newb clashes be a little more exciting this year.
Have traf lost Farrel as well, would like to know??
are u from traf??? gee u say baysixandahalf isnt from traf, how would u know? u seem 2 know a lot about the leauge, or are u just saying what people want 2 hear???? the stuff baysixandahalf says is good stuff or u do is sook about what he rights, me thinks u need to chill out a bit and let him wright what he wants cause its very good and funnyI wouldn't listen to what baysixandahalf says, he has nothing to do with traf and speaks utter rubbish.
Your point of view is correct but I would hope traf will show abit more and make it much closer game than the gf.
Farrell is playing at traf.

Fair point. But you did say we beat Boolarra twice in the year. My maths isn't the greatest but that still tells me we won two out of three. Yes we lost the one that counted but it was still 2-1 our way.
As for building, our club is still young and have more young players coming in just about every year. So if you're trying to tell me the Dees are a better club for the future than us, then you're sadly mistaken.
But, it's your opinion and I'm fine with that. Boolarra will be strong for next 2-3yrs then drop away again, bookmark it.
Don't know about traf falling over, but i certainly think they won't win as many games as they did last year. They were VERY lucky multiple times last year in the regular season. A lot of clubs have improved over the off season. Can't wait for round one!
Heard from one of their players a couple of weeks ago that Jacob Nash is back and an unknown player has joined, Troy Hamilton will probably have to play some games, their midfield will much much weaker without Peters.
Clearances say Luke Palmer is leaving not Brett, Luke is primarily a seconds player.
Boolarra 3rds will be very good this season. Tim Dowe, Sam Mazou have already have extensive senior football experience, as have some others.
Is berchtold playing this year?

Couldnt agree more and farrel cant handle a tag so you are pretty much shutting out trafs best playerGood point.
But yes your maths isn't the greatest. Traf beat Boolarra 3 times last year, once in the finals.
My point was about progression, Boolarra being 2nd bottom then improve a lot, to a prem, this should repeat itself with progression unless they lose a s@#t load. However, Traf very capable of handing out smackings so it should be a good game. I will be paying my gate fee for that game for sure. Couple coaching tips, if I will. Tag farrel, not Kyra. Tackle Boolarra very quickly. Don't tag Mat D, why bother. High possession getter anyways and runs around his tag. Go head to head with your best mids.
Mirboo with def need to be up and about as they seem to have a sick list but keep falling short, bit of spark may be what they need. Hopefuly Mirboo doesnt lose Birchtold, he is a good Footballer. Why the spec on him??, is he going.
I'd actually tag Stevo before Kyra.
