I saw Jason Dunstall setting up for a 9 o'clock book signing at Angus and Robertson Doncaster in the mid 90's. At 9:02, he was walking to the opposite end of the shopping centre.

Saw Justin Westhoff at the Royal Show a couple years ago. He looked like a Giraffe, towering over crowds of people. Confirmed hatless.

Matthlew Lloyd at the Qantas Club in Melbourne airport, maybe 14~ years ago. Very nice guy. Took time out his day to get a pic with me and have a chat to my dad, and also get a pic with one of the female cleaners. No hat in sight.

Also saw Tom Rockliff at the airport, heading towards one of the gates. He looked both skinny and incredibly chunky at the same time, and I don't know how it was possible. Also confirmed hatless.

Saw Ed Curnow about half an hour ago outside organic food shop on Swan St trying to restrain toddler from running onto road. Our eyes met and I gave him a sympathetic smile. No hat, his lovely curly hair on full display.

Was doing my apprenticeship at a popular seafood restaurant in noosa about 15 years ago. The Barman, who was a mad afl fan came in and told me Shane crawford was in the restaurant. I looked out and saw him seated at a table.
The owner of the restaurant heard the convo and knew i was a mad hawks fan(didn't know anything about afl though) so she went out to get his autograph for me( i didn't ask).
A few minutes go by and she comes into the kitchen and hands me an autograph then tells me he is waiting for me to come out for a quick chat. I was stoked......until i looked at the autograph.
She didn't realize that Sticks Kernahan had also come in for dinner and heard the barman talking afl with him and assumed it was Crawford. I ended up having an brief, slightly deflating chat with him instead.

Saw Jared Polec at the entrance to Crown a couple of weeks ago, about 7:30 pm on a Saturday. The girl he was with was telling the bouncer that he played AFL while he stood there smiling a little awkwardly. He was wearing a suit but no head cover of any description. I was disappointed that he didn't look taller in person.

Made Kane Cornes and Hutchy coffee in the past week. Kane was very cold and distant but came back for thirds. Hutchy said my coffee was great and got seconds. Seems very friendly and self-assured.

Two **** smokers of the lowest order. Should have poisoned them both!

Pearce Hanley eating a footlong sub at the table in front of me.
It's on wholemeal bread with lots of salad.
He's all alone playing with his phone.
Wears the same runners my son has.

About an hour back I walked past Jaeger O’Meara on Caroline Street South, just off the Toorak Road. Black t-shirt, dark jeans and dark jacket of some description. He is very slightly odd looking - lumpy forehead or something. I think he was heading into a car park there. I live nearby so it’s good to know I don’t need to travel far for boring encounters.

So no hat?

So no hat?
Oh yeah - tall top hat, dark red velvet with a rose coloured satin band, with the brim decorated all the way around with thin ribbons with a miniature disco ball on the end of each. I forgot to mention this when I posted previously

So he's on the gear again?
