By the way, I rate very highly rucks who are able to run the length of ground, backline to forwardline, helping out in both area.

Absolute gentleman from everything i seen of him. His handball was revolutionary for a ruckmanYes he was innovative in many ways. Man of few words, let his actions do the talking.
By the way, I rate very highly rucks who are able to run the length of ground, backline to forwardline, helping out in both area.
That's great, but I never said he was better than any of them, or even anyone....There have been better rucks than Nic Nat, maybe you haven’t seen them play.
Polly, Maddern, Moss, TI etc.
Fort just proved what we already knew - Rucks are over rated. All you need is someone who competes, if they can take marks even better.
Fort didn't "smash" Grundy, he broke even and that's all he needed to do.
FactsSwans lose a game and all of a sudden they have a heap of overrated players, what a load of crap. It’s one game.
Cripps had a broken rib in the 2023 finals series
Charlie had a bung ankle
Didn't stop fans piling on both of them, rightfully so - as soon as you step on the field you're fit and open to scrutiny
Everyone was shorter back thenToo short for today’s game. Jack Riewoldt is taller for reference.
Undoubtedly the greatest legacy for a ruckman though.
