Just want to know who we all think is the most talented player on this year's list......

my votes are

Kick: Troy Makepeace

High Flyer: Adam Simpson

Ball carrier: Brent Harvey

1%'s(tackles, smothers etc): Anthony Stevens

Freakish: Daniel Motlop

I think Daniel Wells just about has all these areas covered with the exception of 'high flying'. However I'm sure this little shortcoming can be rectified in the next 12 months:D

Id say that one is just about right. Just add Petrie to the high flyers and King to the ball carriers.

i don't agree about petrie, because he doesn't take that many contested grabs, in fact i don't think he's very good at it at all, he gets all his marks (from memory) on the lead. But king I agree with

Not sure of definitions, but Boomer said last year that D Motlop was the most talented player he'd ever seen, and that was the general feeling in the playing group - that will do me.

We've got some skilled players and some very determined and hard-working ones making a lot of the talent they have, and I love to see them at it - but for sheer excitement, the all-round talent of Motlop and Wells takes some beating. Plus they have the application to do the smothers and tackles, so if they keep going they will be hard to top.
