Is it fair to speculate on that since it's not been alleged they reported anything of that regard, did they?

Like I said, Fahey deserves a suspension for simulating sexual violence.
But again, I question the conduct by staff to retroactively watch the security footage of a private event.
You can speculate on whether there was a complaint, but that hasn't been reported and all the mail so far has been that only players were present when the 'skits' went down.

Personally this is an over the top reaction, it was a private party. people do what they like privately (even if it isolitically incorrect cos lets be real here everyone has that little bit of political incorrectness and it sometimes is amplified by booze)

i dont condone sexual violence or racism but im sure many here will have stories of something messed up that happened during i dont know a bucks or a party that was private

I think there is more room for parody when it comes to that.
I think there are seriously deep seeded issues with men when it comes to violence against women in our society and athletes need to be at the centre of calling out those sort of issues - a player parodying domestic violence is just really bad for the league, especially one that I'm pretty sure moonlit a domestic violence awareness game this year.

The $20k fine dropping to $5k makes it tough because it is a standard rule signed off by the AFLPA.

Giving the biggest punishments to the lesser players is the AFL once again being gutless. Like letting Brownlow favourites get away with dangerous tackles.
