None that come to mind tbh but racism jokes sexist jokes etc etc usually just laugh off as whatever, hear them semi regularly. Can’t give you specific examples of what was said tho. Just hear it in general. I’m no different in some things bother me while others don’t.
And again to make it clear I am not one of those lefty types who runs around boycotting or trying to ruin people for an opinion. I am not cancel culture, I will just have my opinion of you is all
Wait.. did he actually?!Jake taking a dump in a locker makes him look like the Dalai Lama to the rest of the list now
So what women think about all this is irrelevant?

Not the case. I'm not on socials. I have read mainstream media articles and listened to radio. Very few comments in support of the AFL. "Workplaces" being able to issue fines for non work related activities is a slippery slopeOr is it possible, like all of us, that your social media algorithms are having an echo chamber effect? I am seeing a lot of criticism of the players in addition to the posts of support.
Yeah gotta love mob rule.Venue copping it both barrels in their reviews. Zero sympathy.
They bring something into the public that was private they deserve a public response.Yeah gotta love mob rule.
I was driving around this morn and Tom Elliott was speaking to a lawyer on the radio.
He mentioned that he got some information from a reliable source that suggested an employee was watching the CCTV the next day and laughing at what they were seeing.
It was another employee who came up to see what they were laughing at who got offended by it.
That was the jist of it from what I can recall.
jeez thats unlucky. Probably should have held it at a private venue next time.I was driving around this morn and Tom Elliott was speaking to a lawyer on the radio.

It should be basic investigative journalism to look whether that was how events unfolded. No staff members complained at the time but someone who watched the video at a later time got offended. Unfortunately, most journalists are beholden to corporate sponsors such as the AFL so they will toe the line.
Nah.They bring something into the public that was private they deserve a public response.
Hopefully they learn their lesson to deal with things personally rather than publicly.
Too many people appeal to authority - government give me this handout, social media lynch this person for me, AFL punish these naughty boys. Such people deserve the true democratic force of the public responding to them.

Not sure FBI was alluding to any want of censorship. Merely that if the venue does something people don't like, naturally they might pay the price of potential customers. That's the free market isn't it?Nah.
If anything, people's anger here should be directed at the AFL.
This public house had public figures do something they weren't happy with, they are allowed to speak up. We do not live in a censorship state. Why do you want to censor them? Seems a bit oppressive to me.
People are only getting upset because the suspensions seem to be heavy handed, so it's the AFL that should be the target. But mob justice always likes smaller fish I suppose. The AFL are pretty tough to target, I agree.
They can speak up - to the people they had an issue with. Go and speak with Toby Greene on the day. Why did they need to appeal to the censor state - sounds pretty fascist to me. Calling up the stazi to fight your battles for me "wah wah these people offended me". Who ever does that?Nah.

Trip advisorLooks like they have turned comments off.
So the people who hate all the “woke” crap and cancel culture are trying to cancel a business for doing something they don’t agree with?Venue copping it both barrels in their reviews. Zero sympathy.
How dare the venue hand down these player punishments. So the people who hate all the “woke” crap and cancel culture are trying to cancel a business for doing something they don’t agree with?
Surely I’m not the only one who see’s the irony
Difference is they actually did something worthy of criticism - dobbing. So the people who hate all the “woke” crap and cancel culture are trying to cancel a business for doing something they don’t agree with?

Doesn't that come down to 'too soon'?I work as a physio in a clinic, so would be very out of place to hear that in a medical setting.
Don’t pay too much attention or care too much most of the time tbh. Joking about a terrorism attack on USA isn’t one I am fond of given my other half is American and over there you don’t joke about it. You may as well dress up as hamas and a headless baby while you’re at that line of joke, not much difference.
Just a no for me and entirely disgraceful. But that’s me and I feel most would probably agree
So you don't like the taste of own medicine.... what a shock. So the people who hate all the “woke” crap and cancel culture are trying to cancel a business for doing something they don’t agree with?

Isn’t people leaning the venue’s details dobbing that hadn’t been reported?Difference is they actually did something worthy of criticism - dobbing.
