Booked. Too sweet. Chances of a second show being announced? There's a fair bit of time between each show, so it looks like they've planned for the possibility of extra shows...

Unable to find a decent ticket via ticketek this afternoon, but got a cost price ticket on ebay, Its gonna be awesome for sure, Looks like a 2nd show will be announced for melbourne going by the looks of whats already sold via pre sale for fans..........:D

Hopefully will secure tickets on monday. The setlists floating about don't have enough old tracks, but I still want to see the band that got me into music for the first time.

Apparantly Citizen Erased has been getting a bit of play lately. And Bliss. Either one of those would keep me happy for the rest of my life...

They don't play Muscle Museum anymore cos Matt lost his special pedal.

By special I mean...there is literally...none left in the world.

But would cry if I heard it live!

Plug In Baby, Feeling Good, Citizen Erased, New Born, Time Is Running Out, Stockholme Syndrome, Knights, Invincible...would make me a happy man. They don't play songs from Showbiz anymore do they? Would love to here Uno, Showbiz or Unintended live...

They sometimes play Unintended.

They played it in London at the gig we went to then (Nov 2009), and I've seen it on a setlist maybe 4 or 5 times this year.

So so so glad I went both nights in Brisbane. First night I got barrier on Matt's side, and although the setlist was pretty basic, it was still amazing. Stockholm Syndrome and Map of the Problematique being highlights.

I had bought seats for the second night, only because I knew the setlist would be different, but I never would have thought it would be that different! MK Ultra, Butterflies and Hurricanes, Sunburn (holy **** Sunburn!) and then closing the main set with Extended Bliss.

At that point, I thought the encore would be Plug in Baby, Stockholm and Take a Bow, and that would be it. And then out of nowhere, the opening bars of Citizen Erased came on, and flipped my shit like a 12 year old at a Bieber concert. It was the most amazing thing I'd ever heard.

Everyone going around Australia, I hope you have tickets for the second night of your respective cities, because you are in for something special.

^ Reading the above post makes me want to go now. The setlists look a lot better than I expected.

'The Resistance' is a pretty average album, but I've been reminiscing about the four times I've seen them and tbh, I'm seriously considering going on ebay for a ticket.

December 15th at Rod Laver isn't sold out yet, in Silver anyway. Tempted to go again but thats a long way to go.

This post just made me buy tickets to their Rod Laver shows. Both nights. Can't wait.

I think their recent setlists look terrible, I wish I got to see them back in their Absolution days.

I understand where you are coming from but they do have a way of bringing something unique to each song and performance.
Something like a box of chocolates: You never know what you are going to get. :)

I just feel that the music is a lot more refined with additional dynamics in the performances.
I could go without the two newer ballads, but that may just give me the relief before launching into a New Born or Stockholm Syndrome or if I'm really lucky, a Citizen Erased or Fury.

Fingers crossed.

I'd go even further back to the post-OoS performances.

****, that would have been sweet.

All sweet, but you wouldn't want to lose SMBH or KOC from performances now.
Likewise the addition of Resistance, Exogenesis and Uprising have added even more dynamics to the show.
A hard matter of balance, but rarely does someone walk away disgruntled after a MUSE show.
