He is, but so is Travis Cloke and arguably Karnezis as he is almost an identical size as Goldy, but it's not what you would want.

Except Goldy is a proven, capable defender, and Cloke hasn't played defence for years, while I'm not sure Karnezis has ever played in defence since he was drafted.

I see what you're saying, but it's a pretty poor comparison...
