Worst disposal in the comp by a long way

Worst forward line by far too.

Probably slowest team in comp as well.

Also have to be one the smallest i physical stature on ball brigade/rotations and it shows too.

The 22 tonight is only garaunteed to win one thing if we stick too it all year...another top 5 pick.

We are a team full of scrappers.

Seedsman and Reid should walk into the best 22 if we want this to happen

Nothing has changed at all from last season, if anything we have gotten worse. Long, long year ahead...

So how are we Picking with the Number 1 Pick in the 2015 Draft?

We are a team full of scrappers.

Writing was on the wall back in 2013. We've wasted so much time being strung along by the Buckley Brigade. "OH there were too many injuries, no-one could do well with the hand he got", "It's not his team yet, he needs time to build his own squad", etc. This is just sad. We've slid further down the ladder every single year that Buckley has been in charge. He took over a team that went 21-3 in 2011 and has driven it into the ground. Shocking.

At 3/4 time verses the Dogs our game plan is the same as 2014. It didn't work last year and won't work this year. we have a good stock of players, but our gameplan and systems are shocking. I am sick of the big bomb to CLOKE who has 4 guys on him. Our disposal is still crap, and our forwards have no idea how and where the ball is going to come in. If this is the idea of being the best transition team, then I hope this isn't the way we will play in 2015, or we are in for a long year.

Well Bucks does not know any other Gameplan

Either that or he is just stubborn. he needs to get assistant coaches around him who can challenge what they are doing, when it's not working. We have a talented list, we just need an exciting gameplan to get them engaged in the game.

He has his Friends as Assistant Coaches

Yes, but one of the best jobs if he is able to do it right. Not many people get the opportunity to coach the premium sporting club in Australia, so if he doesn't deliver, he needs to move on. this is not the place for a rookie to have a personal learning experience, he is expected to deliver.

Then maybe that's the structural problem in the footy department. if the assistants are not challenging each other towards high performance then we will be ordinary. if we have a bunch of yes men, and if Buck doesn't have the skills to manage those with strong opinions, and successful guys in their own area, then we will be ordinary. that's the skill a senior coach needs, not having everyone agree with him.

and The whole feeling I get from them is the word STALE

Steve Grace, who the hell is he, no AFL experience, is a forward coach? How could he with any credibility demand that the assistant midfield coaches, Burns and Harvey, develop a plan that delivers the ball into the forward line. A bloke who hasn't played at a top level sits in a meeting with Robert Harvey, brownlow medalist, and Scott Burns, decorated clubman, and say, hey guys, your plans not working. Rocca, the other forward assistant is good around the club, but let's be honest wouldn't be the sharpest when it comes to strategy.

Yep - The Coaches need a Cleanout and get new people in who know what they doing.
