The Warriors have played a 4 game series and a 6 game series in this post season. Curry now has the record for most 3s in a 4 game and a 6 game series.

Thought this was pretty amusing.

Threes made in the series: Grizzlies 25, Curry 26

Steve Kerr's presser...

1st question: how big was Curry's shot at the end of the 3rd qtr? (A: it was big)

3rd question: how do compare Curry's shot to other big shots in NBA history? (A: that's your job)

4th question: do you practice those full court shots? Does Steph practice them the most? (A: I prefer the drop kick)

Quality work.

I loved the questions trying to compare it to the great shots in NBA history. I mean it was great shot, but trying to compare a shot at the end of a third quarter that puts a team up by 10 to Jordan's game winner to win an NBA title was a bit lol.

Yeah Kerr's response was an uber-polite version of Pop.

If it was a game winner it would've been different, but there's at least five or six of those non-banked prayers hit every season.

Thought Kerr indulged them with a thoughtful answer, but then he gets the "compare it to Jordan's shot" question, followed by "do you practice those?"

Was like listening to Robbo in a presser.

im curious as to how you have arrived at the percentage (50% +)

having been to games at staples ive seen some rabid fans there. i thought i was crazy. LA is a basketball crazy city. this is not well known due to other more famous attractions of the city including hollywood, disneyland and universal studios.

My own personal anecdotal experience. Every 3rd basketball fan I meet seems to be a Laker fan and at least half of those I'd describe as having a 'casual' interest in the game, watching the odd game here and there when they can. Obviously those living in LA would presumedly be more dedicated (you'd hope) but I'd imagine that the Melbourne fanbase would be similar to the popularity of the Lakers outside of LA including US cities.

Did someone just compare the Clippers to the LA Showtime Lakers? :drunk::confused::drunk:

Granted with the trade of Bledsoe they aren't nearly as exciting and explosive as they used to be but even Magic himself agreed that the Clip show reminds him of his own Laker team in the 80s.

no game today :(

sad realisation that as we progress there are less games to dissect :(

Winter is coming.

I guess there's the footy and..... oh, f$% it.

They remind me more of the Stockton/Malone Jazz or the Payton/Kemp Sonics tbh, only with more athleticism than the former and less D than the latter.

Early start for Rockets/Clips

Going to be interesting if Clips happen to lose given what happened in game 6.

Who's getting up for the early game
