Opened. Made a team but haven't fixed it to take account of DGWs.

Have only had a quick look at the site today. Will go with Sobey or Walton. Possibly Delly as MU double in 2 and 3. Prather I’m suss on. Looked cooked last year but could be a nice cash gen. Bench will change a fair bit between now and round 1. Cooks and White front court looks a lock atm

Pretty generic team but I really want Cooks/Walton Jr/White and then Oliver and Armstrong seem decent shouts. Not set on Cameron and Hickey but both have the double early on so im content with both for now. This team has only $500 in the bank.

I also noticed that there is no major prize listed for NBL SC...yet. I wonder if they are still working that out? Round prizes are fairly generous. For last season was the major prize 50k or less?

Last year's prize was a Mitsubishi ASX GS 2WD AUTO.

Hickeys another one I’ll be considering too. Like the Armstrong pick. Another one from Carins is Galloway who I think takes a massive step this season.I’ll be taking him of Prather

Very impressive! I wonder what the major prize will be this year?

Davis & Cotton > Cooks & Walton Jr after round 1

Newscorp still negotiating on prizes - he's suggesting CASH but spreading it out more as last year it wasn't
Say 30k for 1st 10k for 2nd 5k for 3rd and $1000 for 4th-10th and $500 NBL store vouchers for 11th to 20th

Agree - gives more reward for those who finish high up rather than one massive prize and bugger all for the rest

I mean AFLW fantasy 1st year is a 70k TOYOTA this year

With the new media rights deal for the NBL surely the prizes are better than last year

Not sure on what changes to make based on Blitz scores. So many players were rested, it's hard to know if they'll score the same once the real thing starts.

Brought in Toohey and Hickey as bench players for the moment. Put Days on the court. Not sure about Montrezl. Probably a wait and see.

I’ve been super busy with life and haven’t seen any of the Blitz. Days was one of the must sees for my side . you reckon he’s the goods?

1st looks like it's gonna be a Mitsubishi car again

Hopefully a nice one than last year - wouldn't mind an Outlander or Pajero or Eclipse

New team. Just changed Robertson to W.Brown in order to have enough cash to do Cotton > I.Clark & Prather > Cooks for round 2. I feel like i need Cooks and im not that enthused by Robertson so im happy for Brown to replace him.

Ended up with this team. Cotton & Harrison > Walton Jr & Days next round

Switched my C from days to White on a whim.. cost me some points. Happy over all and very happy with Mayen as my pod
