I always get a sinking feeling whenever I see Neale's name in the title of news articles, thinking, oh shit, is this the day?
I get that feeling because the average person dies 27 months after being diagnosed with MND. Neale has had it for nearly 140. Clearly not your average person. Amazing resilience, and very worthy AOTY.
