In non-Crows news, it's interesting the AFL have made both Collingwood and Richmond travel to Sydney and Gold Coast respectively.

Most of the other travel involves flying to Sydney. Essendon, North, Hawthorn and Melbourne are all headed up. Meanwhile Gold Coast have to travel to Geelong, Sydney to Docklands and GWS to Docklands.

Brisbane play all four at home, Gold Coast, Sydney and GWS get three home games

Both us and Port have one "home" game at Metricon

Geelong getting 3 out of 4 in Geelong, the other at the MCG. Nice if you can get it

Geelong are the most pampered club in the league

They're definitely the most self entitled club and supporters.

They could have 22 games, all finals and the GF at Kardinia Park and they'd still believe that they're entitled to more.

Let the tanking begin!

The way we were playing, we probably dont even need to tank.

More interesting will be how much of a run some younger players are given vis a vis some older players.
Despite our review, i suspect our prime aim is to finish in top 8 (or near as) and that match development/exposure of most of the younger players will take a back step, and thus further creating a huge bottlekneck down that bottom undeveloped end of our list. Hopefully, i'm wrong.

Normally I would be whitehot angry about the way we are being treated with fixtures, hubs etc. This year, meh.

The less people see of the Crows the better. Just give us pick one and let us quietly slip away.
So you are happy about winning the spoon?

You give up easily...

So you are happy about winning the spoon?

You give up easily...

We have 0 chance of winning the flag so why wouldn't want want to win the spoon?

There are two positions to finish at the end of the season for maximum value, #1 and #18

IF you aren't going to have a chance to win the premiership get some good picks. It's a lesson the Crows need to learn.

Yes we do. Winning culture is a good culture and will be great for the kids. Not like our young ones are going to try and lose.

Yeah our current culture is GREAT. No issues with it at all.

Let's just keep going with the 'scrape into the finals and anything can happen!' mentality because it has served us so well.
