Most of our footy department is at the combine - if Harvey was spotted at the club odds are he's already on-board (or very close) and is familiarizing himself with Alberton. Mark Harvey spoke very positively earlier this year on what he sees Primus trying to achieve at Port and the manner in which he's going about it. So they'd definitely be operating on the same page and could make a very good working combination.

I like the club's statement - short, to the point, and doesn't leave it open to people to claim that we missed out on them at any stage.

It also seems to back up people's thoughts that the media is just making stuff up because there is nothing leaking from the club. Both 5cc and triplem have said as late as this afternoon, that Knights was being interviewed - apparently rubbish

Good use of Rucci by the club on the Knights non-issue BTW. If they had posted this as a PR on the website it would only have fed the trolls.

Contrast with what was published on our web site: trying to get "up to four" assistants... well done KT for only commenting on the important stuff and not feeding the trolls.

Watters for the midfield would be a good get. Rumour on Freo board today of Harvey to WC in a TBD role that may be "media relations" rather than AC. Odd.
