Flying High
Foxtel’s Royal Winged WCE “triangle logo” actually looked like an Eagle
(As the right wing looked like a beak!)

That's actually not a bad idea. Fox would never have that much nuance though. But how many people would see those little triangles and make that connection.
Initially I thought they indicated who was kicking which way until I realised they both pointed to the right.
Both Rugbies use an Oval ball too. They needed a unique shape and the traditional premiers flag works well I guess?Yeh they just chose different shapes for all their sports.
Oval would have been obvious choice for afl i would have thought...?

Well if you count Collingwood getting thrashed every week as "watching footy" then im not missing out on muchWell you're missing out on watching footy for a very minor - and peculiar - reason then!
I'm still pretty certain that the graphics will remain the same and the change was only for Motorsport.what new graphics?
Considering Fox aren't the one's that designed the graphics package though..That's actually not a bad idea. Fox would never have that much nuance though.
Oh whatever. You get what I mean.I'm still pretty certain that the graphics will remain the same and the change was only for Motorsport.

Agree completely, I hope when they finally finish all the redevelopments at the ground they still have somewhere to fly the flags on gameday. It's great to see those banners flying high. For what it's worth I thought the triangle moniker is quite obvious, and I like it. The premiership flag is a great historical drawback for our game and I think it should be alluded to more often - i love seeing the flags flying down at kardinia park down the city end.
On Club Merch, the Cats are going next level with Cotton On.

It's Geelong.Thats noice, thats different, thats unusual
I'll have to see it in person, but to me it appears as though the CFC is the best re-creation of the pre-98 style we've had since moving to Nike. The raised logo now interlocks as it's supposed to with an added 3D effect.
Even if the retails are sublimated as per the women's, it's still the best replica effort in terms of the monogram.

No, the jumper version is like thisIs the guernsey logo 2018 for CFC? Or the chiseled/embossed (AFLW) version, in the above post?
Neither is Gaff, clubs will send other players if the captain is unable to make it for whatever reason. Is that a captains photo, cause Jack Riewoldt and Ollie Wines aren't captains are they?
