I would say it's because they're still figuring out their style to be honest. They've been doing league jumpers for a few years and seem to be quite versed in those, but a bit lost with AFL. Did you see their E-Com photos for the Lions jerseys from last year? Atrocious!

Surely with Brisbane on the rise they could get a better group of sponsors. They’ve improved from national storage but their logo integration from a jumper design point of view (and also from a brand awareness point of view) always seems poor.
As always money is king. Clubs are unlikely to turn down a lot of money. Amart pays 2 million, and the likes of Kia and vw, among others,were interested in the spot but just weren't willing to take it. It's the same reason 40% of the epl has a gambling sponsor. They also are sponsored by neds, so not sure if it's an improvement.
