I don't like white based guernseys. The umpires should be wearing white again, instead.
I think there's a place for white based guernseys - when they are done well.

In the case of Brisbane, the Women's team actually had a really clean white clash kit a few years back. Did a much better job at mimicking the 'Bears' look than the Men's current clash.

Although I will always prefer a coloured clash jumper wherever possible. In which case I hope they move to something like this which is integrated with their other two kits. Heck, could even wear the Maroon shorts with it and play some Home games in it as well.

The white uniforms look weaker and they weren't really around until the 2000's (discounting the vertical/horizontal striped uniforms), when the umpires stopped wearing white. You don't need to suffice a clash with white, just have a contrasting colour scheme. I think a lot of clubs now are moving away from white away uniforms.

Richmond wearing their training guernsey today in the AAMI Series match.

Technically it’s the preseason strip as acm21 said. For the last few years we’ve worn the black variant as a preseason jumper, and the yellow for training.

It's either not in the tigers kits, only on some or just invisible.

Is aami going to be in the umps kit all season?

Yeah it looks as though the patch might have fallen off some of the tigers players’ jumpers. Just saw it isn’t on Nankervis’

Saints red crusader looks really good. But possibly worth holding onto another white-based jumper for away games vs Essendon. It’s not necessarily a clash but it’s not a very attractive match up either.
Needs red shorts. But yeah we should have a White Candy Stripe for matches away vs Essendon and GWS, Bulldogs & Brisbane, Black Tri-Colour away to Sydney and Gold Coast and Red Crusader vs Everyone else.

Collingwood and Sydney haven’t had their 22 range uploaded to their team online stores yet. Normally 3 months ago this is done. Surely this has to be the latest ever in a season to do so when it finally happens
