I hope Sydney go with either the red and white stripes the club wore from 1880-1904 or the all red jumper with a SMFC monogram which was worn from 1920-1922

The social media promos for the Dees R1 game has the Royal Away jumper and Sydney Home.

Not really strong evidence but the first Swans SCG home game was v Dees in that kit. Might be a reason to celebrate that? Maybe a long shot but interesting

Somewhat unrelated but I just feel like if Sydney had won the flag in 2022 Nike would have had that gold AFL logo sublimated and ready to go by the end of that week

Would be no different.

Rather they bring back heritage round. Players, umpires and scoreboard graphics
I reckon clubs would be a tiny bit unwilling to have to forgo the scoreboard graphics and whatnot, as cool as it would be. The trade off I suppose is to either make gather round the heritage round since scoreboards are neutral, or give clubs the chance to use home graphics when they score goals in gather round to make up for losing them at one home game.

I’m talking about ch7 and fox doing some old graphics

Can we please part with goals, behinds and club logos and revive the 2007-11 Ten graphics?

New Jumpers and Score Graphics Discussion in the same thread? Is this a crossover episode!?

Don’t know if it has been posted or mentioned, but it looks like Simonds is taking over from GMHBA for the shorts

The hoops makes the most sense being the oldest design. But they have done the hoops as an anniversary before, but could be done again.

Why am I sensing a nike multi design mashup. shudders
The hoops were worn for the 125th anniversary of QBE in 2011. If they do a mash-up (please don't) it'll look like Canterbury's 2015 number but in Red and White

But why? They already have the silverware, it really adds nothing to the game other than making the AFL logo look washed out

I think keeping the blue adds to this washed out feel. Two tone gold would look better and more prominent IMO.
