What we know about truck attack and suspected bombs found in New Orleans

Authorities say the truck driver, who killed 10 people and injured dozens more when he tried to "run over as many people as he possibly could", had an ISIS flag attached to his truck.

The driver killed at least 15 people and injured dozens more on Bourbon Street, raising concerns about the city’s security precautions, which officials acknowledged had failed to stop the attack. Officials postponed the city’s iconic Sugar Bowl until Thursday and said they were investigating potential bombs found in the French Quarter.

Biden says that he was briefed by the F.B.I. that the driver posted videos on social media “mere hours” before the attack “indicating that he was inspired by ISIS.”

Questions needs to be asked why so many ex-military are involved in attacks.

Apparently Livelsberger trained at the same base as the New Orleans killer, but they were in different teams.
