Can see now why our cricket bosses gave all Blues rookie contracts to pacers this season. Copeland is near the end, Conway is up and down. Abbott averages @33. Tremain is our only quality quick to keep our attack strong over the next few years. Our selectors may regret ignoring Lawrence Neil-Smith when he played Sydney club cricket a couple of years ago..

I know Harris and Hank made centuries in the second innings but glad to see Maddo get MOTM over them as his 87 was more important for me. Good to see Boland, Holland and Sutherland bowling really well.

Sangha was still at school when he played white ball national underage cricket 17/19s. Then he was picked in the U19 WC. Big wraps followed him when he became the second youngest cricketer behind Tendulkar to score a century against a touring England side. Then his balloon burst as he struggled to make a successful transition from club to state cricket. Sangha has masses of natural talent but I think his main problem is between his ears. He has a weak temperament, seems to lack the ability to handle the pressure of expectation heaped on him by the media.

Also calling someone mentally weak this early in their career is pretty silly. You can play a long time in cricket, look at Shaun Marsh.
